
Bring 1 litre of water to boil and add:
- 2 teaspoons of fresh grated ginger
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 lemon slice (leave skin on)
- 1 cinnamon stick or half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 6 cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh chopped chilli
Continue to boil for 1 minute only. Allow to cool slightly and drink the warm tea freely throughout the day.
