Flu Fighter Tea

Bring 1 litre of water to boil and add:

  • 2 teaspoons of fresh grated ginger
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 lemon slice (leave skin on)
  • 1 cinnamon stick or half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 6 cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh chopped chilli

Continue to boil for 1 minute only. Allow to cool slightly and drink the warm tea freely throughout the day.
