Ingredients: Red Clover, Nettle, Dandelion Leaf, Calendula & Burdock
Flavor: Savory to taste
Preparation: Bring fresh, cold water to the boil. Infuse 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea or 1 tea bag per person in a cup or teapot. Allow to steep for 3 to 5 min for desired taste. Serve with a slice of lemon if desired. Do not add honey, milk or sugar to this blend.
